How comfortable are you at preparing your company’s financial forecast?
As long as it is only based on historical data, I feel comfortable presenting the information.
I have confidence in the cost variations provided to me, however the sales forecasts are too unreliable to use.
I build a conservative historical forecast and make notations of upside/downside potential in a separate view.
I am confident in the numbers provided to me, make notations regarding assumptions and present the data as it comes out.
