Junior Military Officers have a unique and diverse background. They have an accelerated leadership and management program with exposure to many levels of responsibility. They are driven, competitive and achievement oriented. They successfully integrate into a broad number of positions to include: sales and marketing, HR, IT, manufacturing, procurement and global sourcing and QA/QC. They are able to adapt quickly and focus on near term objectives and understand how they fit into the larger context of organizational success.
