Does your new employer have a training plan set up for you?
I received employee handbook training via Human Resources.
They had an agenda set up for my first 1-2 days to meet people and show me the job.
My first week or longer was organized for me to train on all aspects of the company.
No formal training, I have to figure it out as I go.
