Yes, Quality reports directly to executive leadership who actively participates in the program.
Quality results are monitored monthly and leadership gets involved when problems occur.
The Operations group gets involved and tries to avert executive leadership’s need to respond.
No, our executive leadership does not actively support our Quality program.
