Are you comfortable writing your own contracts for your small business?
Our new Expert Dina Eisenberg just wrote a great article on how to use contracts as a positive tool to build trust with your customers and increase productive dialog. She goes on to say that if you fill them too much with legal jargon, you may just be turning customers away.
