You rarely seem to have enough resources (people and supplies).

You have to learn to be very flexible, adaptable and to think outside the box. Treat the company’s money as if it were your own.

Do you feel comfortable as a member of your civilian work team?

I felt comfortable as a member of my team from the start of my employment.
It was a very difficult transition for me, but I am comfortable as part of the team now.
I still feel very different but have the sense it will improve over time.
I feel isolated; always have since leaving the military.
