I would recommend you take a look at Constant Contact. There is a small monthly fee but you ca do email marketing, event marketing, social media and social campaigns. You pay based upon how many e-mails are in your database. You can use pre-designed templates or have custom templates created. They offer free trials, I would suggest siging up for one and trying it out.

It is pretty affordable and a great resource for small business or anyone managing products.
