Biography
As the Founder and President of Sustainable Leadership, Inc. Christina assists entrepreneurs, managers and executives how to quickly build trust with their team and feel happier, highly successful and satisfied in their leadership role.
Christina holds a degree in Psychology from UCLA, a Master's from Phillips Graduate Institute in Marriage & Family therapy and a Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. As a Program Director and Senior Manager in the Health Care industry for 10 years, where Christina was responsible for staff training and development for hundreds of employees.
Since 1997, Christina has been the founder and owner of three successful businesses. Combining her education and experience in psychology with keen business sense, Christina is now a professional speaker, leadership consultant and executive coach.
Her clients learn how to use neuroscience of emotional intelligence to make powerful team connections to become successful leaders, to achieve extraordinary peace of mind, begin to really love what they do again and have fun in the process!
